Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% applies to all services, with a 50% non-refundable fee specifically for makeup services

Non-refundable Deposit

The 50% booking fee is non-refundable, except in cases of death or natural disasters

Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds, how ever we will redo-the service if necessary

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations may result in loss of your deposit fee

Late Arrivals

You are allowed a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to fit within the remaining time

Late Appointment Fee

A fee of R400 plus transport costs will apply to any appointment scheduled after 5pm that start late

Service adjustments

If you are not satisfied with your haistyle, you have five (5) days to return for adjustments for no additional costs
